Product Description

C purlin roll forming machine is an equipment that produces C shaped steel channels continuously out of galvanized or cold rolled steel strips from feeding, punching for holes, bending and cutting. This machine is fully automatic and easy to operate with a friendly HMI panel.

Hydraulic decoiler

1. Has power,it can work automatically
2. Automatically adjust the decoiler to fit into the coil accorind to the coil diameter
3. With Pneumatic braking system
4. With press arm to keep coil from loosing
5. With speed sensor to match with whole line's speed

Coil feeding part

1. Adjustable center of the forming rollers and of sufficient length to prevent lateral movement of the strip on its entry to flattener.
